UnicodeError in add_autobuild_changelog_entry (author_name.decode(enc))

I am facing this build failure: https://launchpadlibrarian.net/180963200/buildlog.txt.gz , is there some problem on my side? Or is it a bug that I should report against launchpad? I've been using this recipe for quite a long time without ever seeing something like this. Thanks for information.
