Please delete some projects and teams

Hello. We have recently decided to change our workflow and therefore some projects/teams are no longer needed. Here's the list:

https://launchpad.net/~beeseek-council cannot be deleted until it is removed from https://launchpad.net/~beeseek-users. I think you can delete the team once it is not a member of other teams.

I deleted the other teams and deactivated the other projects.
