I want to delete projects completely.

I deactivated both projects.

is it possible to deactive the branches belonging to these projects too?
because, the projects are deactivated but the branches are still visible!

Ony https://launchpad.net/ihris-sovello has a branch, and it cannot be deleted because of a bug. When the bug is fixed, an admin can delete it, or you can push an empty branch using --overwrite to remove it.
