blueprint page has gone missing

The following launchpad blueprint page is linked on a bug page (https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/metacity/+bug/160311?comments=all) and also shows up in searches for "resizing windows", but when I try to go there I get a page not found error:

The blueprint was renamed or moved to a different project. The link is permanently broken. I suspect the blueprint was renamed to https://blueprints.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+spec/other-dx-n-resizing-windows
