Incorrect ppa shown on project page

1. I created a ppa called personal.
2. I pushed a project (miTunes) to personal via 'bzr push lp:~tom-medhurst/personal/miTunes'
3. I log into launchpad and view the miTunes project page
4. I click on the project link under Branch Information...

GOT: redirected to http://launchpad.net/personal (A personal finance manager)
EXPECTED: redirected to http://launchpad.net/~tom-medhurst/personal (my ppa)

Can you please be more specific about exactly where did you "click on the project link"? I.e. steps 3 and 4 (because I can't find any pages which exhibit the problem you describe).

You did indeed push your branch to another project
    bzr push lp:~tom-medhurst/personal/miTunes
should be
    'bzr push lp:~tom-medhurst/miTunes/personal'
where personal is the local name of your branch
