Launchpad account merge problem

Hello, I'm trying to merge a launchpad account <email address hidden> into account <email address hidden>. I carefully followed the procedure several times (the first time was about 2 weeks ago) but I didn't get any confirmation e-mail.

I think, the mail server at mail.ru rejects messages from launchpad (probably considering them spam).

I'd like to keep the account:
<email address hidden>

and merge the account:
<email address hidden> into it.

I requested the blacklisting to be dropped, and I've manually merged
your accounts now so you're no longer inconvenienced by this. Thanks for
your problem report.
