an admin turned into a spammer

Yeah, he was my trainee as well. I've just had a couple of unhappy hours with #freenode deleting him, but he is also admin on lapunchpad stuff that needs revoking before he does any more damage. I'm registered with freenode as the group contact. but am not admin all the sii areas as I trusted him. Ideas would be welcome, also we need to remove him from speech control as that has was handed over to SII a little while ago (And, yes, I still have the emails!).
