Please increase PPA space for ppa:canonical-x/x-staging

Hello, we're staging an X upload to have copied over to the archive in this PPA

https://launchpad.net/~canonical-x/+archive/x-staging/+packages

and need a bit more space to complete the uploads. 1GB of extra space should be enough, it is almost complete.

Have increased to 4Gb, giving a bit of headroom.
