where to get assistance with Launchpad PPA builders

What is the recommended place to get help with Launchpad services such as PPA and builders for recipes?

I am not really sure whether to file bugs against Launchpad or questions in this forum.

I also put a question here:

But is IRC the only answer?

You can file questions or bugs, depending on whether you think something is actually a bug. We do respond to all Questions, but we respond in realtime on IRC.
