No French (Canada) in languages preferences

French (Canada) doesn't appear in the list of available languages in https://translations.launchpad.net/~aobreyss/+editlanguages
Why is that?

This ins't something that is currently possible on launchpad. You can of course convert this question into a bug and it may be looked at in the future.
