Wrong openid being sent to third-party sites.

Asked by Mike Barton

My Launchpad account has previously been merged from two accounts and due to bug 881019 the wrong OpenID is being passed to third party systems. The OpenID that is listed on my Launchpad home page is:

https://login.launchpad.net/+id/b7meJ7c

However the one that is being passed when I authenticate is:

https://login.launchpad.net/+id/wbwKmw4

Would you please delete that OpenID so that only the one correctly listed on my home page is passed?

Both tokens have been deleted from the LP DB.

Please log out and back into launchpad. This should resolve the issue.

They both still seem to exist.

https://login.launchpad.net/+id/wbwKmw4 is now your identity on both SSO and Launchpad. Once gerrit's cronjob runs it should work.

So if it's still broken, should I take this back up with the gerrit admins?

Probably, yes. The only identifier associated with your Launchpad account is wbwKmw4. Both SSO accounts still exist, but the one you logged into Launchpad with last is wbwKmw4. Assuming you're using the same one to log into gerrit, any remaining issue is purely with gerrit.

Can you help with this problem?
