Chrome says "insecure content" on proposed member page

If I go to the page associated with a proposed member of a group (e.g., https://launchpad.net/~openstack-cla/+member/mandarvaze), then Google Chrome gives me a warning that says, "This page has insecure content." with a link to this page as an explanation: https://support.google.com/chrome/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=1342714

This is a known bug and is currently being looked into https://bugs.launchpad.net/launchpad/+bug/934225
