Change upstream repository of tilda

Hi,

please switch the upstream repository for lp:tilda from the current CVS Import at Source Forget to the new repository on github:
https://github.com/tsloughter/tilda

The developer has moved from source forge to github and there are new patches available on github.

I've renamed the old branch to lp:~vcs-imports/tilda/old-cvs-trunk and registered a git import in its place.
