Please deactivate the account of Alicia Simonsson (solar-retrofit-and-restoration-v)

This person is reporting multiple Firefox "bugs" every day, which mostly consist of random questions and details about their life which nobody is really interested in. Despite repeated attempts already to direct this user to a more appropriate place to ask for help, they continue to ignore me by opening more bugs filled with garbage. The volume of bug mail now is starting to be disruptive to the point where it's masking real issues, and there is already a volunteer who has been kind enough to waste their own time clearing up after this person.
