Enabling mirroring (or change owner) for lp:bugzilla

I noticed that mirroring for lp:bugzilla is turned off and that it's owned by Registry Owners. Could you turn it back on?

I branched it for some work I'm doing with Bugzilla and YUI3, so I'm willing to take ownership of the project as an adjunct to the official location at bzr.mozilla.org.

I've registered a new import; hopefully this will work better.
