spam comments

A user has started sending some spam comments:

An example:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/479069/comments/9

It seems to me that his account has been hijacked, though I'm not sure.

I hid the comment. I choose to not suspend the user at this time since I can see he has been active this year.
