Upload of emacs22 22.1-0ubuntu10~dapper2 seems stalled

It's been about 10 hours since I've uploaded emacs22 22.1-0ubuntu10~dapper2, and I still don't see it superseding ~dapper1 on the ubuntu-elisp PPA. This might perhaps have something to do with exceeding the 1GB quota earlier (though it should have been raised to 2GB by now, according to the answer I received to a request for a quota increase).
