Please remove dft-io project

I created the dft-io project nearly 3 years ago, when the ETSF was in the middle of a politically agitated moment and when it seemed impossible to have the ETSF_IO project further deployed because it contained the "ETSF" keyword. At that time, we decided to fork it and give it a quite more neutral name, dft-io. With time, however, and against all odds, the political turmoil finally settled, allowing us to merge back dft-io into ETSF_IO in 2013.

For this reason, I did not upload any code to the dft-io project and decided to close it. Since there won't be any activity anymore and as the community will not take any benefit from it, could you remove the dft-io project from Launchpad?
