please increase size of wesnoth-devel PPA

My wesnoth-devel PPA offers the devel releases of wesnoth for ubuntu for the supported releases. It is a valuable resource to give people the possibility to test the upcoming releases, and well established.

Recent development increased its size due to added media data and new campaigns, making the PPA come to its size limitations. Please increase the size so I can continue to support all supported ubuntu versions for best test results, and in turn best testing for the next stable release of wesnoth. Given that the current devel release is the first beta for the next stable release, this became even more important.
