How to transition a project to a new name?

I have been maintaining a project on LP that has recently changed its name. I would like to be able to have the old URL redirect to a new URL (during the transition).

The current (old) project is at launchpad.net/folding.
The new (rename) project should be at launchpad.net/origami

I have updated all of the details on the project, minus the URL (which I can't change) of course.
