Please rename ubuntu-core-launcher to snap-confine

Hi

In the snappy team we'd like to consolidate our projects under a common naming scheme. The last part of that is ubuntu-core-launcher that has been renamed to snap-confine (and also lives on github as github.com/snapcore/snap-confine). We'd like to complete the transition on launchpad by renaming ubuntu-core-launcher to snap-confine
