please merge alfie-ist into rhonda

 I have problems merging the accounts automatically through the interface, I regularly receive a Timeout error. It seems to be related to that the alfie-ist account has translations assigned to it and somehow the change of the ownership of those seem to result in the Timeout error.

I've done the merge - the timeouts were because of some long running DB queries needed to perform the merge. Ran them manually and it's all good now.
