Rename project Nimble to Mogan

Due to a settlement in a trademark infringement case, we need to rename the OpenStack "Nimble" project to "Mogan":

Could you please rename the project in Launchpad from "nimble" to "mogan".
Same for "python-nimbleclient" which should be renamed to "python-moganclient".

Done. You should change the various bits of descriptive text in those projects yourself; remember to rename the owning team as well.
