Project group for NUnit-related projects

Please register nunit-xtp as a Project group with title NUnit eXtended Testing Platform

It will serve to house nunit development as well as a number of addins and extras, analogous
to the way the bazaar group works.

Existing LP projects that will be added to the group immediately are:
* nunit-2.5
* nunitlite
* nunit-summary
* nunit-rowtests

Other projects to be added soon are:
* nunit-3.0 framework
* nunit-gui (Windows Forms Gui)
* nunit-config settings editor

Further down the line we expect:
* nunit-gtk (GTK# Gui)
* other addins and extensions to NUnit

Thanks a lot! I receive a lot of questions, so the least I can do is write them as I'd like to get 'em!
