remove vcs-imports branch of luz

I would like lp:luz to refer to my branch https://code.launchpad.net/~ian-mcintosh/luz/trunk instead of one owned by vcs-imports.

lp:luz refers to the branch associated with the development focus series, and it seems that you have all the permissions needed to create a new series or make whatever branch you want be the branch associated with the current development focus. I can't actually delete the import until you do this, but deleting the import would help you achieve what you want anyway.
