The user nicodrummervr keeps confirming their own bugs and is not at all cooperative

The user nicodrummervr keeps repeatedly confirming their own bugs without providing the required information, despite being asked numerous times by different triagers not to do this. 2 examples are bug 306408 and bug 306874.
The user's bug reports are not useful and he never provides the additional information that is required in order for us to help him. I'm not sure what else to do with this user, and I feel like I'm wasting my time continually unconfirming his bugs for him to just confirm them again with no explanation.
