Launchpad couldn't connect to Mozilla Bugzilla

I'm seeing this issue on numerous Firefox bug reports resulting in statuses not being updated.

The prompt suggests that this should be reported (something which I probably should have done some time ago).

Could you use the "Create bug report" link on this question's web UI to turn it into a bug?

I'm seeing stuff like this in logs, which is probably relevant:
