Please increase PPA limit for ppa:ajkavanagh/bionic-rocky-staging

I'm doing testing of nova-lxd packages for OpenStack and I need the rest of the rocky-staging in the PPA because of the way charms only allow a single ppa for all the install packages. It's wants at least 9GB. Probably 20GB is a reasonable limit. Thanks, Alex.

Done. Is it worth fixing the OpenStack charms to use the modern install_sources option?

Thanks for sorting it; not sure what you mean by the 'install_sources' -- is it an option in a layer (sadly the lxd charm is pre charms.reactive).
