Add support for machine translation

The translation suggestions only have translation memory currently, please add support for some machine translation engines (e.g. DeepL, Google Translate and Microsoft Translator).

This would be a new feature request for us, could you please convert this question into a Bug so we can triage and prioritize it accordingly?
