The project still exits, though it is deactivated because the person listed as the maintain did not respond to our requests to provide real license information. Wr can reactivate the project.

Curtis, do note that the maintainer you tried to contact was the inadvertently assigned wrong user. We'd have to re-assign the maintainer to the registrant if they are still interested.
