Require Assistance with Team Administration Change

The previous leader of the Ubuntu Forums Unanswered Posts Team (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UnansweredPostsTeam/) has gone MIA, and since then we (the team) have selected two co-leaders for the team as replacements, myself being one. We face a problem though: We have two administrators of the Launchpad team, one who will not respond and the other is our MIA leader. We require the assistance of the Launchpad admins to create a UAP-owner team in restricted mode and add myself and the other co-leader, panickedthumb (https://launchpad.net/~panickedthumb) and set that team as owner of the UAP team.

Hi Collin,

I want to confirm that you need the owner changed for this team. I had to look it up on the wiki page you provided.

I will be assigning this to the team with admin priveleges. They may need to try to contact the MIA leader first.
