KDE translator-credits untranslatable

Translator-credits coming from upstream KDE are marked as untranslated in some cases - and are untranslatable through LP web-interface.
Is this a permission issue ?

No, they are unavailable on purpose: people have continuously been replacing upstream credits even where upstream provided more translations, so we had to stop that. They are automatically generated instead to include both upstream and Launchpad contributions.

However, there is a bug in the statistics calculation for them: bug #128324.
