Please remove old recipe

It looks like this recipe is still active and importing:

https://code.launchpad.net/~klaus-vormweg-deactivatedaccount/+recipe/bluefish-daily

Which begs the question, when an account is de-activated, do its recipes still run? I'm sure there's a programmatic way to see all recipes for deactivated accounts.

Is there a problem with this recipe continuing to run? I only see an option to delete it and I am not sure if that is the correct action here.

Since account deactivation is a self-service operation that is done by the users themselves, Launchpad does not deactivate or delete recipes when that happens. We can check recipes belonging to deactivated accounts that are still active but I am not sure if we want to deactivate/delete them automatically.
