Transfer ownership of "freezer-drivers" and "freezer-web-ui" since the original owners are missing

"freezer-drivers" is a Moderated Launchpad Team that owns/drives and provides bug supervision for the "freezer" project on Launchpad: https://launchpad.net/freezer. The "freezer-drivers" team is owned by https://launchpad.net/~fausto-marzi

A related project is https://launchpad.net/freezer-web-ui and it is driven by https://launchpad.net/~sirmemogarcia

These projects are part of the OpenStack community, and traditionally, we have an "openstack-admins" (https://launchpad.net/~openstack-admins) team that owns all project teams so that project trackers can be handled between contributors in case of people changing their jobs or have to stop contributing to the open source OpenStack community for any reason.

We'd like help to reassign the "freezer-drivers" team to "openstack-admins" and transfer the ownership of "freezer-web-ui" to "freezer-drivers"
