ARM build not starting

The waiting time does not decrease below an hour anymore and we would like to release finally the new version of our software.

The build finally started (after 48hrs). If someone pushed it manually, thanks for that.

Remark:
See https://launchpad.net/builders for the size of the queues with jobs waiting to be processed.
Currently there is a quite large backlog of jobs for arm64, ppc64el, riscv64 and s390x architecture.
The estimate waiting time for arm64 jobs currently is 36 hours, which can be an explanation for the delay that you saw for your job.
