Enable pro in Sunbeam snap recipes

Hello, can you enable pro for building the following Sunbeam snaps:

- https://launchpad.net/snap-openstack/+snaps
- https://launchpad.net/snap-openstack-hypervisor/+snaps
- https://launchpad.net/snap-cinder-volume/+snaps
- https://launchpad.net/snap-consul-client/+snaps

Moreover, if we create a new recipe (for next releases of OpenStack), are we required to ask for pro enablement on each new recipe?

Yes, for each new snap, you need to request Pro to be enabled. If you have any suggestions on how to streamline this, I'd love to discuss!
