Mirrored (stacked) branches broken — by format change?

I have a bunch of mirrored branches, which LP stacks since they are in new enough formats. I was AFK for a long time, and when I came back, a lot of them were broken because the stacked-on branches had been upgraded to 2a. I upgraded all of my branches, pressed the "Try again" buttons, and after a couple days the bzr branches were fixed, but not the bzr-svn or loggerhead branches. They still say something like "CHKInventoryRepository('lp-mirrored:///~jelmer/bzr-svn/0.6/.bzr/repository') is not compatible with ...".

AFAICT the branches are perfectly ok on my side, and the formats match up.

I hit 'Try again' on one branch and it's okay now. I'll give the others some time to magically fix themselves before going through the trouble to hit the button another 50 times.
