The filesystem my home directory is installed on is Ext4

Huh, it should have automatically installed that - try:
sudo apt-get install python-pyxattr

and then run again:
/usr/share/wine-browser-installer/test-xattr /home/dustin/.wine-browser
echo $?

I get the same exact output as last time. I have a feeling its something to do with Lubuntu. I think Lubuntu (being a lighter version of Ubuntu) doesnt install the same things that comes preloaded with Ubuntu, causing these errors.

It's possible that it's because of the python version you're using, would you mind running "/usr/bin/python" and seeing what version it is? You should be able to run "import xattr" from the terminal that creates and have it not return an error.

Could you please run "which python" from a terminal and send me the output? It looks like your system may be using a non-repository python by default.

Yup, that's the problem - did you install a custom version of python on purpose?

Not purposefully, I installed lubuntu and couldnt find any version of python installed so I just went to the Synaptic Package Manager and installed them all.

Oh boy, another problem. When I go to watch something on netflix it either freezes after clicking on something to watch or it gets to where it would normally load but there is just a black screen.

Try running it as "netflix-desktop --disable-hw-acceleration".

Thanks that worked. Any idea how I can configure it to disable hardware acceleration automatically, so that I dont have to run the command in the terminal to watch stuff?

You can edit the launcher with:
sudo gedit /usr/share/applications/netflix-desktop.desktop
Just change the line that says:
Exec=netflix-desktop
to:
Exec=netflix-desktop --disable-hw-acceleration

If you send me the output of glxinfo (glxinfo > glxinfo.txt) then I can potentially add it to the auto-detection list.
