Noise Will not open on Linux Mint 16

When I first installed Noise on Linux Mint 16 I was able to open it and import my music library. Now for some unexplained reason, when I try to open the program it will not open, it acts as if it is trying to open there is a flash on the screen, but I never even catch a glimpse of the program itself. I'm not having the problem with any other apps, and it was working fine. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling all with the same result. I'm at a complete loss what to do. It is a wonderful piece of software, and by far the best of all the music apps available, in my opinion. Curious, if anyone else is having this problem or what I may need to do to fix it. Kind of a noob with this sort of thing
