Can i run nova-network on an independent VM/Node

Hi,
Is it possible to run Nova Netowk on separate independent node/VM in Essex?
I had to run it on same VM which was running nova-api in diablo.

Dividing your question in two parts:
a. Is it possible to run Nova Netowk on separate independent VM ( domU VM) ?
Ans: If you are using XS/XCP hypervisor, then you have to deploy it in a domU VM. If you are using KVM/Qemu then you have to do it in dom0

b. Is it possible to run Nova Netowk on separate independent node (host) ?
Ans: Yes but that will not allow network HA.

Theoretically, you can run nova-api and nova-network independently in both cases. Did you find it written anywhere that nova-api and nova-network have to be on the same server or you are having issues in separating them ?
