You can not install or you can not configure ?
I had the same problem, but to configure. You
should run nvidia-xconfig as root, sudo su - .
also you should start nvidia-settings as root,
because when you run as normal user, with
menu "system, administration, nvidia x server
settings", you are not allowed to change
/etc/X11/xorg.conf, there is unfortunately
no error message, when it fails.

Verify Compatibility: Ensure that the NVIDIA 7300 drivers you downloaded are compatible with your operating system and graphics card model. Check the driver version, operating system version, and GPU model to make sure they match. Uninstall Existing Drivers: Before installing new drivers, it's important to remove any previously installed NVIDIA drivers from your system. Use the official NVIDIA driver uninstallation utility or go to "Device Manager" in Windows, locate your graphics card, and choose the option to uninstall the driver. Download Latest Drivers: Visit the official NVIDIA website and download the latest drivers specifically for the NVIDIA 7300 series graphics card and your operating system. Ensure you download the correct version, including any 32-bit or 64-bit requirements. Clean Installation: During the driver installation process, choose the option for a "Clean Installation" if available. This option removes any remnants of previous driver installations and performs a fresh installation. Reboot System: After the driver installation is complete, restart your computer to ensure the changes take effect. https://www.myaarpmedicare.us/
