You could try ‘echo -e "C\x02\x21\x01" > /tmp/nwfermi0-tl-in’ to start a new
calibration (completed calibration info will then be stored in
/etc/nextwindow/ and you can delete the files to return to factory
calibration)

Sorry but nothing happens with the command for calibration. I try in xterm under X, also without X.
Ubuntu 10.10, kernel 2.6.38.
Thanks

Sorry for the delay I have been on holiday for the last 4 weeks.

Try 'echo -e -n "C\x02\x21\x01xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" > /tmp/nwfermi0-tl-in' to start calibration.

The command needs to be 64 bytes long so it is padded out.

Can you help with this problem?
