How to report bugs?

I have been trying to report a bug in OpenERP. Eventually I found https://bugs.launchpad.net/openerp which seems to list bug reports for OpenERP but when I follow the Report a BUG link on that page I get a page which says OpenERP does not use Launchpad as its bug tracker.

So, my question is: how does one report a bug in OpenERP?

Report a bug on the openobject project:
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/openobject/
When reporting the bug, assign it to one of the following project according to the nature of the bug:
  openobject-addons
  web client
  rich client
  server
