helpdesk module with contracts

Is there a partner who's working on a solution for helpdesk contracts. This means the client pays an amount once a year. We want to follow up the work we do for this client during the year. We also want to see if a client doesn't have a contract which means we can't give him support ...

Hello Davy,

You have to maintain time sheet to track work details of particular partners.
create separate analytic account per client. If my resource works for client XYZ he/she will encode time sheet against XYZ analytic account. by this way you can track all analytic lines during any period and check all work details with detail information.

 for contract you can set some field on partner form to check whether he has valid contract or not.
or just inactive that client if his/her contract gets expired. once contract is renewed you can again activate that client and related analytic account.
