are we using ooor(open object on rails) framework in openerp-server.?????????? if yes is there any documentation available for ooor??????????? where can i find it???????????

OpenERP-web 6.0.3 used CherryPy as web server.
Upcoming new OpenERP-web 6.1 is using werkzeug in place of cherrypy.
