can't be added as a gerrit reviewer

Hi,

I am facing issue in gerrit while added as reviewer with below error message even though I am able to login.

"Debaprasad Das <email address hidden> does not identify a registered user or group"

Also when ever I am trying to with typing my name/mail id, always 2 user name/mails are coming.

Kindly help me with this issue.

Issue got resolved with help of <email address hidden> group.

There were 2 account with same email id. So it was conflicting. Upon disabling one account I can be added as reviewer.
