I want to download and install raptor tool in ubuntu please help ,it works in windows but in ubuntu how to download and install help me.

This project is dead. The easiest way to install this is to grab the bzr tree and run the executable that's in the tree. Again, this is a dead project and I haven't worked on this in years.
