Unable to install Rhythmbox Fileorganizer

After extracting the downloaded file, I double clicked in INSTALL and it opened up a text file.

What do I do?

I am using Ubuntu 11.04

Right click on install
Properties
Tick 'Allow executing file as a program'
Close
Try again.

That should do it. I haven't really touched that file much since i took over maintenance but that should fix it.
If it already is executable then i can go into a bit more detail
