Which version of RPM is the fork?

There are two code bases for RPM currently.

One is hosted at http://rpm5.org and uses CVS with a history that goes back to 1996.

The other is hosted at http://rpm.org and uses git, and goes back to approx. Devember 2006.

Which version of RPM is the fork?
