How to change the browser used to open HTTP links

Asked by Bojan Tomic

When I try opening HTTP links, Sakura attempts to use google-chrome executable which does not exist. The executable is now called google-chrome-stable. I check the value of $BROWSER is correct, xdg protocol handler for http is also correct. If I use xdg-open http://something.com, it open correctly. I can not seem to use "xdg-settings set" as I'm on Openbox and xdg-settings has no logic for Openbox. I'm on Arch.
Lxterminal has no issues, just Sakura. How is the browser name chosen? Can I change it somehow?

sakura uses the BROWSER environment variable if it's available. If it isn't, it tries to open the URL with xdg-open.

Can you help with this problem?
